I had the worst experience getting my MOT here.They would not answer my questions when I asked them to clarify what it had failed on. Despite me asking a question several times they would not give clear answers.They told be a huge list of things it had failed on, starting with all brake discs. However when they finally gave me the MOT paperwork these were just advisories. They also insisted that my handbrake cable had snapped despite me telling them it was just frozen because of the extreme temperatures.My quote for repairs was in excess of £2000 and I left there ready to scrap the car.They left my handbrake lever in pieces and the handbrake sensor disconnected also.I went to another garage on the recommendation of a friend and my final bill for all repairs and a new MOT was less than £300.I could have gone back to Halfords for a free retest but there is no way I would trust them.Oh, and there was nothing wrong with my handbrake cable, It had indeed just froze.

Pretty terrible service received - I dropped off 4 new tyres to be fitted to rims - i was told that one of the new tyres was damaged by careless storage however the bead was torn due to a poor attempted installation. The other 3 tyres were fitted without new valves and one is leaking from an old valve. Would not recommend.

Just had mot done up in Blairgowrie. After been let down from my usual garage I gave Halfords a try and was surprised by the service I received. Although my car failed the test Brian(the manager) went to collect the part that was required to enable to pass the second test. The car was only in the garage for just under 3hours. I will definitely use Halfords for any job’s needing done in the future. Many thanks Halfords from a very happy customer

Excellent. Very friendly and good advice. Make a woman feel confident that they are trustworthy. No extra extortionate charges . Explain and show what has to be repaired and why. Very impressed with this branch and the team.

If could give less than 1 star I would. M.o.t recently done here and was told coils on car would need done soon was quoted a ridiculous price so tried a different garage whose quote was half the price!!! So took it to them only to be told that my coils were perfectly fine!!!! Halfords you are total rip of merchants

Fantastic service from this branch today. Such an asset having this right on our doorstep. Great staff and the manager Brian is an asset to your company. Friendly, knowledgeable and with a great sense of humour to boot. Can't fault it.
