I have just had a home delivery of balti meal for one will have to eat it cold later on cos there was too much for me to eat very good value for money thank you.

Decided to update my review seeing as there is new management. We ordered last night and it was awful. Told to expect a 1 hour wait - we waited over 1 and a half hours. Two phone calls chasing our food later and food arrived with some main dishes missing. What was there was not great. This takeaway was wonderful a few years back and now it is so bland. We kept biting on whole cardamon pods that taste like soap. The chicken chat didn't have that lovely freshness and zing it used to have, the lamb palak was slow cooked rather than lean chunks of leg meat. Anyway, i spent to meal trying to get through on the phone to get our missing dishes. Got through after half an hour, complained, rest was finally delivered when we were all finished. Safe to say won't ever be ordering again. We don't often get takeaways, this was a celebration and our dinner was ruined, so disappointed. £45 wasted.

Often used this place but never again. Maybe it's changed hands but our experience last night was ridiculous!!!Ordered a delivery at 5.30 pm ,was told an hour ,fine we said. At 7ish we rang to see if it was on its way, another half hour we were told.Rang again at 8.30 to enquire what was happening and was told another 20minutes by a very don't careish delivery driver apparently!!At this point I ppolitely requested a refund and was told there was nobody there who could do a refund. Then... actually there was but he was helping in the kitchen....I said I'd hold on the line to make sure the refund was processed and was left waiting 20 more minutes until a very abrupt person came on and said I'd have to wait until the end of the day as the person who issued refunds didn't come in until late!!At no point was anyone apologetic ....and I still have no sigh of a refund.Appalling service.....

Really lovely food never had a bad meal from here. Clean and modern takeaway. Warm and friendly. They also offer delivery. The specials are great value and portion sizes are large too.

Amazing food we tried it and now completely hooked we moved in across the road so lucky to have this place so close now a regular eating place for us 10/10 place and Mohammed & the staff very welcoming
