Awful company, carers doing as little as 6 minute calls, when it should be 30/45 minutes.Carers on personal phone calls all the time whilst in the property.No interactions with the client.Not turning up at all for care calls leaving a vulnerable lady with dementia no meals or medication.Staff have no I'd.Staff are disrespectful of the home.Using towels to clean a floor. Walking over clients clothing with shoes on. The list goes on.The staff lie and the customer services level is poor.Medication administered incorrectly.Key for medicine box left in known area for client who is at riskPlease don't let this.company near your old people.
