After placing an order on the 27th Dec and receiving a despatch confirmation and tracking number it turned out the parcel was never given to the courier.After 5-6 emails to chase throughout Jan I had no reply and was forced to open a case with PayPal. After no response to the case I managed to speak to Customer Services and on 3 occasions throughout late Jan and Feb was promised refunds.After chasing again on Feb 6-8th I was told unless I closed the case with PayPal and said there was no issue with the retailer they would not refund the £155.25. After raising with PayPal this is a clear breach of PayPals terms and conditions and they’re now being looked into for this abuse of the Chargeback process.I can’t recommend using a smaller independent retailer more. Go Outdoors, Millets, Blacks and Ultimate Outdoors are essentially the same company with zero customer service, some clever marketing and no interest in anything other than a quick sale.

Attended here on Sunday like many times beforehand but this time I attended with a family member who is in a wheelchair. Unfortunately, the business is not suited for wheelchairs. The carpark doesn't have a disabled bay allocation (we had to park on a grass verge down the road) carpark full of potholes, obviously hard to navigate with a wheelchair. The front door of the business is a manual door with a 2 inch step, which is also hard to get into with wheelchair without another customer holding the door open for us. The left-hand side of the shop is accessible but when going over to the clothing, you cannot get down any of the aisles without nearly knocking clothes from rails. Also there is no accessible way of getting a disabled person upstairs.All in all I'd suggest if you are disabled or need some kind of wheelchair do you shopping online or go elsewhere as the shop just doesn't work

Worth the £5 as they will price match to stores in their own groups. I managed to get £45 off a Jetboil Minimo so can't complain.
