We have used these vets for over 20 years and they have always provided an excellent service. Not the cheapest, but being a large traditional practice, with many partners, you get a large experience base to draw from.

Rosvean staff, from reception to nurse to vets have all taken really amazing care of both me & my dog. I felt very wobbly about treatment away from a regular vet practice who’s prices are astronomical, we can’t afford to go anymore (cash before care). There was a change of plan at last minute which they handled brilliantly & they reassured me the entire time, being open to & welcoming emails with photos where necessary because I wasn’t always able to travel. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice; they prioritise the animals & their owners frost & foremost .

Used Rosevean Vets whilst we were on holiday and doggy had problem with one of her eyes. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, managed to book my dog in for a vet app for the same day. Staff at the practice was just great. Doggy was seen, got eye drops and meds. they explained how and when to use the eye drops, what to look out for and what circumstance we need to come back. My dog's eye started to look better in a day or two and fully recovered under a week. thank you for all your help! Absolutely amazing service and also at a great price. If I lived closer I would definitely have my pet registered here!

Once again we have visited with Tatty and her ongoing problems, and once again we come away feeling so grateful for the care and attention she received. It's probably not an exaggeration to say that we still have her due only to Fynn's knowledge and professionalism.The receptionists as always were friendly and welcoming, and just add to a pleasant and caring caring atmosphere. Thank you all so much.
