Tool hire no problem if they dont have it they will get it for you.

A local and good tool hire station, hired grinder but it was only working between 5 to 7 minutes on a full tank, fuel wasn't the issue as I bought 5 Ltrs Canister with it but to keep refuling every 10 mins was annoying, Staff was very informative and friendly. Alreadt been twice and Will go again when needed to. Thanks

Hired a commercial carpet machine, used it the same day. The machine wasn’t worker , didn’t do what it was mean to do... clean the carpets! We decided to return the machine with in 3 hours, of the weekend hire,as machines wasn’t doing what’s if was spoose to do.The machine was tiered, it had its days! The company have decided to deduct 50% of the rental. This is redculass, as the machine wasn’t working in the 1st place.Why should the deduction any Monies?Stay away... Wouldn’t recommend any one....

Hired stone cutter and cement mixer. Booked for AM delivery but turned up in afternoon. Then got phone call asking me for codes off equipment as mix up with order. An hour later someone else turned up on job checking gear and swapped cables as been given wrong cables. Oil for cutter missed off order however this didn’t matter as when started using it it didn’t work. Couldn’t take it back as bank holiday weekend so closed for 4 days so had to borrow one elsewhere.Rang today as due to collect today to explain issue with cutter to very rude guy on phone trying to say we had used wrong oil/petrol mix. Tried to explain it came full which we had paid for and we hadn’t filled it but continued to be rude going on about how you can only use the brand name oil and they would know when they checked it. Clearly not listening when I kept saying it came with a full tank which we paid for !Really arrogant guy ! Later got text to say collection booked. No one turned up for it after I have waited in all day. Rang again to ask if they were coming. Same rude guy just said no they aren’t collecting today . No apology, explained no one here all week so now had to arrange Saturday collection.Need to do something about the guy answering the phone, no customer service skills , rude and just no need. Clearly very unhappy in his work. My husband has come across him on the counter before and said he was the same then. Speaks to people like they are idiots.Definitely won’t use again now

Great place for tool hire...advise to book as online prices much cheaper especially when hiring a combination of tools...all equipment i used were in excellent condition and worked perfectly

Very helpful staff member who heloed me get exactly what I needed and explained its usage. Would definitely recommend and use again.
