Excellent carpet company! Their staff were very helpful and the fitters were very experienced. The carpet I had fitted looks wonderful. I recommend their service to anyone looking for good value for money carpets.

Measured for hallway & front room, supply only, did not supply enough underlay. Called shop & was told mistake made with calculations, apologised for human error but refused to give more underlay & was told had to pay an extra £40 for another pack. Absolutely appalling customer service, they made the error they should have rectified, really disappointing & will not be using again!!!!

Great customer service from Antonio - However I bought a carpet, collected the item which was wrapped in plastic. Opened it to see an oil stain, when complaining to the Manager, she offered a replacement on the condition I pay for the delivery to send the faulty item back and collect the new item. After enforcing that I pay no extra cost to a fault caused by the supplier, I requested a refund. The manager has refused to refund me the money - even though under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to refund within 30 days of purchase. I will be taking legal action.Do not invest your time and money in this company as they have terrible customer service and run an illegal company!
