I've had problems since I got my system in . I've had the maintenance team out who was nice and helpful .but only after two appointments canceled by them. After making the appointment and waiting in for 2 whole days only got the call at night they couldnt make it. Now a new appointment yesterday waited and no show gets a call after the appointed time to say they can't make it .so one will arrive today between 9.30 and 11.30 guess what no call no show another bloody wasted day im not happy .

Dont use these con artists.Agreed to a deal in february on a basic system. They started installing additional products, called them right away to remove them.They removed them and still billed me for them.Ive spoke to:Financial team:JakeScottRamseyMichaelJamesResolution:markAnitaPamThey dont call you back but beg for money every day wanting the incorrect balance. Explain to them the issue and they dont cal back.Save yourself the hassle and dont deal with these amateurs.They’ll not give you your money back guaranteed!

On the 22nd February 2022, I raised a complaint with Verisure, nearly five months has now elapsed and I still have no formal written confirmation or acceptance of allegations ascertaining mis selling and improper sales conduct.Towards the end of 2021, I started to explore moving my alarm and monitoring services from another NSI gold certified member ADT. As part of my exploration with new potential providers, Verisure issued a quotation (Ref: CAFY1637837112446) on 25th November 2021. Unfortunately, preparations for Xmas seemed to curtail the final monitoring transfer decision, I then revaluated the initial offering again in January 2022.On the 20th January 2022, I confirmed with Craig Gibson Verisure salesmen that quotation reference CAFY1637837112446 would be honoured by Verisure, he subsequently replied via e-mail.Furthermore, to stop any future misunderstanding or confusion, I reiterated the specified alarm equipment, installation costs and monthly monitoring fees in my e-mail to Craig Gibson on the 20th January 2022 at 11.26am.Later that day my deposit payment was made, and installation date agreed and confirmed for Tuesday 22nd February 2022 at 9.00am. Another back-office colleague again reiterated my order, specification, and fees before finally processing a deposit transaction.At 6.45pm on the night prior to installation, I received the first of three telephone calls that stated Verisure now wanted more money to provide equipment previously outlined in quotation CAFY1637837112446. Worth pointing out that my installation was scheduled at 9.00am on following morning, and my ADT system was disconnected in anticipation of next day installation. This left me to have no working monitored alarm system; ultimately the third Verisure telephone conversation became about having nothing or paying more, absolutely bullied into having a deposit refund.Disgraceful and dishonest behaviour to try and extort more money for an installation scheduled for the next day when an agreement and quotation were already confirmed several weeks earlier.Without doubt some members of Verisure sales team seem to act with no fear of reprisal. Again, I must reiterate that I had no monitored functioning alarm system as ADT disconnected as part of my thirty-day notice period; Verisre were booked for installation at 9.00am the next morning.Get a quotation from ADT or SECOM, do not engage with Versure as no integrity. My case has now been escalated to North Tyneside Trading Standards.

Been a customer for a few years, the product they supply is great but if you need to ask them anything, their Customer Service Line is terrible - on hold for so long I have to give up every time. Popped my number in the call-back service option and got a call back within 30 seconds but they could only help me if I was a new customer looking to purchase!!! ... so you'll answer calls for new business but not to you're loyal customers! I just have a very simple question, could be answered within a minute. Really disappointing.

They charge £30+ a month, I was assured you could cancel beforehand, after the system was installed, they said if you cancel the monthly fee they will come out and uninstall the system. I asked numerous times before installing what the process for cancelling would be and was never told.

No response business, quality of service and equipment is a best very poor.The average time to get into our own home was around ten mins. when asked for a solution! the reply comes back turn it off and on again or take out the battery.we removed the service and equipment in Sept 2023, but are still get the run around/ if anybody from Verisure actually reads this, then I am prepaired to go to court over this matter.

Had alarm installed about 2 months ago. The product seems good but after sales is abysmal. Tried to contact the installer who refused calls/texts. Called head office who say our details are not on the system but they have them to demand monthly subs

My partner went there for an interview. I needed to use the rest room and the receptionist and staff were amazing and smiling. When I was outside, most of the people who worked in Verisure, were friendly and talking to me.

244916I have 2 systems with Verisure, 1 being over 3 years old. I requested to cancel the old system in June 2022, being told I would receive a response back within 3 working days, 2 weeks went by with nothing heard and I was charged again for the next month, I called to raise a complaint and chase my cancellation and was abused by a member of staff who shouted and swore at me and refused to help, I could also hear other staff in the background swearing and slagging off customers they had just been on the phone to. This member of staff I was advised was shortly sacked from the company for gross misconduct. It took in total 6 weeks and 5 times of me asking to directly make a formal complaint before anyone took ownership and called me back to resolve. This gentleman was Ethan from the resolutions team who gave me a resolution and agreed to give me 3 months for both system back as compensation and gesture of goodwill by the 30th September, it is now the 17th October and I have not received any of the promised compensation, I have called to chase Verisure every single day and have been fobbed off every single time with promises of call backs that never happen, I have emailed the directors office and Ethan's manager Steven Melville directly who have both read and ignored all my correspondence and I am now forced to leave this review and take the company to court as I am getting absolutely nowhere, I am extremely unhappy and want others to beware and stay away from a company who fraud customers and think it is okay to consistently lie and treat their loyal, multi system customers with the amount of disrespect I have received.
