Lovely salon, very good service and open 7 days so convenient if you work. Bee is really good and welcoming.

The service was outstanding, and I had a great time. The staff is kind and well-behaved. The facial and massage in particular were excellent.

Worst place ever, no hygiene , had my lashes done yesterday , and this morning all fell out … didn’t even want to give me the refund back , horrible staff , especially when they ain’t speaking English that’s just rude ,

My eyebrows usually look amazing when I get them waxed here but this time I asked them not to make them thin and she did the opposite and now my eyebrows look like lines

Asked for a brow thread and tint. Brow thread was OK. Woman then put the brow tint on and left it on for about 30 minutes as she was also doing other clients and was speaking a lot to the other workers. Left with my eyebrows over processed looking like slugs and absolutely huge. Not very happy and felt embarrassed. Won’t be going back and I’d avoid if you can.

If I could give a 0 star I would. One worker there saima absolutely disgusting customer service I will never be going back here again and I’m a regular. Maryam and Jas are amazing fantastic customer service every-time I come. Saima is rude abrupt she has 0 customer service skills. Today I went in the morning 9Am and I had an appointment scheduled for 9.30 so I asked roughly how long the wait is I was speaking to the worker Maryam not saima. Maryam is very calm soft spoken as it should be with customers not abrupt and rude like saima was. She then began shouting saying come back after 9.30 when I wasn’t even speaking to her. I then responded saying I don’t know why you’re so rude every time I come here, she speaks so rudely just because I don’t trust that particular worker with my brows because she has ruined many before as I’ve been told. I then left as I was shocked with the way I was spoken to. I then called the number off google for the shops and Maryam answered, asking for the managers details because I wanted to make a formal complaint. Maryam again spoke softly said it was a misunderstanding don’t worry come back your a regular we don’t want you to be upset and I could hear saima in the background again shouting. I will never recommend this place to anyone. It’s a shame, because Maryam and Jas are lovely.

Review for Bee’s Nail Bar!Not been to Brows as such, but get my nails done by Bee at the back! She’s great and would highly recommend! £28 for a set of BIAB nails! Excellent value and lovely service.
