I have been contacting for two months trying to arrange a refund for a £40 dog bed that never arrived. I’ve now contacted trading standards for advice as I cannot get a response.

Placed order on 1st Jan. After 1 weeks rang to chase up delivery. Over the phone I got told the delay was due to them not being in stock of a couple of items. I asked them to ship the items they had in stock. After another week still no delivery. I emailed and was told they couldn't deliver til end Jan. I asked for my order to be cancelled. I've rang again twice and also emailed twice as my refund is still outstanding as of 5th Mar. I am going to contact trading standards and my credit card company.
