William could not have most helpful fixing my Google Pixel phone. Highly recommend this EE store as it is also the only Google Repair Centre in Belfast 10/10

Change my SIM to EE. Staff were very helpful and got what I needed done.

Needed to replace the screen on my pixel 6 pro after dropping it. Great service all round and very quick, would have hated to send it away for a week to get it fixed. The phone is now as good as new. Definitely give them a try for a screen replacement.

Helpful and courteous staff. Couldn't beat my current deal but still kindly laid out a good selection of offers for me and gave me a summary of them to take home to compare.

We made an appointment online to speak to a client representative regarding our iPhone cellular data not working. Our appointment was for the next day mid-afternoon. We met with William who was available earlier than our pre-arranged appointment time. He easily located the problem with one of the iPhones and got the access up and running within minutes. William was very patient with our significant lack of IT experience. As seniors and first-time tourists to Belfast, we appreciated his service perspective and willingness to help us resolve the problem!

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service available in this well laid out phone shop.Ready for a new phone or out of contract call in and see what deals are available, they change regularly. I have been with EE for several years now and very pleased with the network and service received from them.

Would highly recommend a visit to the team in Castlecourt if you need are thinking about taking a new contract or just need some advice. Went in to change my phone after having a lot of trouble with another provider and spoke with Hannah (Assistant Manager) who went out of her way to make sure I got the right contract that worked for me. Very helpful & the service was fantastic. Thank you, highly recommended!

After having problems with a flip 3 screen protector cracking I called ee and they told me to bring it to store for repair. After visiting the ee store on boucher Road they told me to go to the one in Castle Court as that is their repair centre and it would be quicker. When I got there the guy took my phone out the back for the repair team to look at.He then proceeded to tell me that my phone warranty was void as there was a few scratches on the paintwork on the side of the phone and because the screen protector was broke which is the reason i was there. He basically said there is nothing we can do and if I take it round to the samsung repair centre they will say the same thing.30 minutes after being at the samsung repair centre I left with a new screen protector installed at no cost and no mention of the warranty being void because the phone was chipped on the side. I'm not sure if he was saying this to try and get me to take out a new phone contract.Absolutely terrible service offered from this store by rude staff who were no help whatsoever. They also did not wanted to repair my partners flip 4 which the screen protector has also just chipped along the middle. After being with ee for over 13 years and spending thousands with this company I will be selling my phone and getting out of my contracts I have with them ASAP.

Good place. But very limited service facilities. The offers you want from them will not be in the store often. Which is not a decent thing. And specially to reach the customer services on call is a hustle. The network can be a bit funny sometime.
