Holiday Inn Wolverhampton - Racecourse

After s bad situation with my housing you made me and my 5year old so welcome each and every single person we met was so lovely and made our worst time the best. Nothing you guys didn't help us with, after being passed to hotel to hotels throughout wolverhampton for 3 weeks you guys was million percent the best and i couldn't thank you all enough, thankyou

We stayed at this hotel with our young baby and from the moment we walked in to when we left the service was amazing.The staff were all so warm and friendly, very accommodating, particularly the lady behind reception.The room itself was clean and well heated for the cold winter weather.The breakfast was lovely, even the kitchen staff couldn't do enough.Would definitely recommend for families, it has parking and the staff are very friendly.

I didn't actually stay overnight but met up with colleague for breakfast. Best hotel breakfast (of this type) I have ever had. Everything was hot and cooked nicely. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location seems nice with the hotel being joined to the racecourse venue. My colleague commented that her stay was very good especially the evening staff in the restaurant.

Nobody told me there's activity beside hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. We won't choose this hotel anymore. Complaint letter for the negligence of hotel staff will be issue to IHS office later.

Rooms are clean, newly refurbished and have all the amenities you need (tea/coffeee, toiletries, ironing board etc). Staff friendly. So why 3 star? We were above room renovations (banging, sawing, drilling, hammering) starting at 7 am on a Sunday morning! Ironic, as we had checked in for a quiet night away!!
