Have been coming here for over 3 yrs. Very good service and always happy with the result. I often go in with an idea and my nail tech always delivers.

I have been coming to this salon for quite a while now and it has been my absolute favourite! For full sets and Infills, to gel pedicures, they are very professional and have a friendly team! They’re very talented and will always be up for every design idea I ask for. 100% recommend!

The worst nails I’ve ever had done in my whole life. The man burnt me, then they all proceeded to tell me a colour doesn’t exist even though it’s a colour I get ALLLLL the time. Each nail is a different shape. And just overall the service was atrocious. First and last time here. AWFUL!!!!! One star is even too much!In reply to your reply, there was nothing to fix about my nails. They’re my our natural nails with an overlay. They were in perfect shape before I came to your shop! I now have to pay elsewhere (I wouldn’t come back to your shop if you paid me) to get my own nails cut down past what your nail tech has ruined about my nails. Your nail tech was clearly new and had no idea what he was doing. He burnt me with the electric file to the point where I had to move my hand so quickly. It hurt me and no one said nothing. and £33 for an infill too!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

I’ve gone to Nail Bar 56 around 20 times as it is local; I’ve had about 10 instances where I got exactly what I asked for but most often have to compromise due to limited gel colour options; especially yellow, green & blue where there are only 2/3 shades each - (don’t be fooled by the wall of nail colours; only 20 are gel colours).Prices are above average which is okay because they offer more designs than competitors. Foot treatment is also better than competition with hot towel treatment.However, the elder lady who works there is extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and poor in her craft. She outright refuses to make small alterations that don’t require additional time/tools during your treatment, e.g. thicker French tip, shorter nails etc. and will insult you in her native language publicly and obviously if you ask to change something.There are words in her native language which are the same in English and so her disrespect is clear and understandable to the entire room. She should not work in an industry in which she has no respect for her clients; especially those of Afro-Caribbean heritage who I’ve seen her insult almost without fail.I’ve given two stars as the ability and professionalism of other staff members is good, the shop is let down by her racist outbursts; insulting conversations in which she is too comfortable in conducting in the shop.Other members of the team looked uncomfortable and did not engage in her outburst, but allowing her to act so horribly as a member of their team without intervention is complicity in her actions and so I will not return.If you must go, ask for the manager or his sister with the long nails to work on you for a good outcome and more importantly avoid the elderly lady at all costs!

Absolutely sensational Linh is an Angel. I can’t thank you enough for the exceptional service and treatments. I had my nails and hands done, I’ve been here a few times and I always leave feeling reborn. The attention to detail and quality of nails is unmatched. I’ll be back again and again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting high toe skilled nail techs xx

Got a full set here the other day. It’s okay but I wouldn’t go back.I waited for almost to hours to be seen and had to ask how long the wait was. I was r aware they did bookings (maybe my fault here but they don’t advertise this on the instagram) so people that came after me got served first.The staff didn’t seem that friendly.One I was seen the service was fairly quick, but it did feel slightly rushed as there’s a few issues with my set that I’m not completely happy with. I got ombré and I feel that it’s not very well done. Also they didn’t push back or clip my cuticles.

I wanted simple acrylics and I was very worried about them looking overly false or damaging. The technician listened to me and made the acrylics thin so they looked a little more natural and made sure not to damage my cuticles. I've only ever had acrylics once before but I can't imagine going anywhere else for them now. The team were all very nice and accommodating, would highly recommend.

Amazing at any design with lots of colours and techniques. They create any idea you want. A bit on the pricey side compared to other salons. The main downside is that they're always too busy. Waiting times are really long and you can't book appointments at the weekend. It's worth the wait for a special occasion but a bit annoying when you don't want to wait ages to get your nails done each time.

This nail bar is absolutely amazing, they are professional and can do any design/style.Very clean premises and always down to create the most beautiful nail art.I would definitely recommend.
