Windows efficiently fitted and reasonably priced but aftercare is dreadful...they are not interested and don't want to know ..fob you off with excuses and don't come out to you ..we had to get another company out to fix our broken window that wouldn't shut...personally I would rather spend a bit more next time and go with a more relatable larger company who can offer a good after service if required...I would not recommend this business or use them again

Decent installation but no after care when we had a window that wouldn't shut 7 years later. They come with a 10 year warranty apparently? Disappointed.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. 1st pair of windows fitted in August, all seven sealed units had finger and hand prints inside of the units. These were eventually replaced in November 2021, unfortunately three of the units were scratched. Since then they have made no effort to replace the said units after numerous phone calls. We’re at the point now where they do not even answer the phone. If they have ceased trading I’m not surprised but luckily no one else will be in the same position as we are. I repeat do not go near this company.

Great for custom Windows and glass. They'll take on anything you have to offer and have never had a problem getting them to source specialist frames.Not so hot on paper work and sometimes I've had to chase. . but that's a minor quibble for having such a talented and reasonably priced supplier right on your doorstep.

I had all my windows and doors replaced and they did a great job! I had a window removed and the space made into an external door leading into the garden and it’s fantastic! Highly recommend!!
