Tesla Centre Glasgow

Great experience, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a look at the model 3, X & Y. Worth having a test drive, just for the experience of a Tesla.After the visit above we collected Bluey, thanks to Joe and the team they made it very easy and enjoyable, pity it was raining.

Spent some time with Ian at the show room today and learned a lot about the car we've had in mind. All questions answered, no pressure - helped us reach a decision to buy. If in the market for an EV I'd recommend checking them out.

Service department has a terrible customer service at the Glasgow site. It’s the worst I’ve ever experienced. Parts replaced with faulty parts on three occasions and damage done to car bodywork/ interior trims and Try just let you go as if all is ok !! Definitely won’t be buying another tesla terrible company to deal with ( Glasgow anyway) had to leave one star as unable to leave zero.

Helpful Arranged test drive of Model Y with the flexibility to try Standard Range car for comparison. Answered all our questions without any high pressure selling

Visited here for a test drive, loved the car, reserved one and picked it up a week later. Overall experience was really good, nice service and good communication

Very poor service department. Booked my vehicle in for replacement wheel covers. Made my way to the garage when was sent a message saying the parts weren't in so not to bother going. I was round the corner by this point so shared my frustration with someone from service who apologised and said it was an oversight on their part for calling me in before checking the parts were in. I then left to find they hadn't cancelled the service so my car needed a pin to drive it. Needed to call roadside assistance to get it sorted as I couldn't drive or charge the car without the pin. Owned this Tesla for a few weeks and already thinking this is going to be the last (a shame because the car itself is nice. Let's see what happens when the parts are actually in.........

Useless. Messed around with delivery times so ended up collecting and signing for the car in branch. Only for them to call almost 1 month later to restrict access to the car because someone in branch never registered the signature for receipt of the car on the system. Insurance was included which they forgot" to start until 24 hours after receiving the car. Still waiting on the charger to be installed at my home which I've paid for but nobody knows where it is or when it's getting put in. Great car but the worst service around."

I have had excellent service from Tesla for the many warranty issues my Model 3 has suffered until this month. I had a squeaky steering that probably only needed a bush replaced. However Tesla replaced both steering arms, without letting me know that the vehicle was out of warranty or asking approval for the work and billed me £554. They said they had sent an estimate via the app but I could not find this. They then charged my credit card for the repair that was on the account for supercharger payments only, without my consent. The only resolution offered was for them to put the old parts back on the vehicle, if it had not been a company vehicle then I would have done this.

Perfect new auto experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I arrived too early to get my car but they changed my appointment and saved me a half an hour waiting. The whole car collection process was very smooth. I never had similar experience with any other companies. I can highly recommend Tesla and especially the Glasgow shop.
