Amazing service - they really go above and beyond. Any time my regular pharmacy have been unable to fill a prescription, Ross Pharmacy have had my back and filled the script within 24 hours.I’d recommend them to anyone!

Best pharmacy in Brighton, have gone regularly over the last 8 or so months and always have a good experience. Don't know their name but the pharmacist with short hair is so welcoming and helpful - the other staff have always been lovely as well !

This is my first ever negative review of an NHS service but I feel obliged to. I spoke to my Dr about getting some Amovine for my bad hay fever and he said I can buy it over the counter cheaper so not to worry about the prescription. I went to this pharmacy and they had some in stock but would not sell it to me. They wanted me to have a prescription. I cannot think of any other reason other than profit for the company for this reason . Why sell a £6 packet of tablets when you can get £10.99 (plus any additional cash from the NHS I’m sure they make ) . Now I can’t breathe properly today and my symptoms are unbearable. Also the way that the manager spoke to the poor young girl employee at the cashier was heartless and cruel. I shall be going further with this investigation and emailing my friends who are journalists for the Argus . Greedy and heartless management - avoid this pharmacy for the love of people .

Came in to get a prescription for my daughter who has a very obvious skin infection. Dropped off the prescription and returned over an hour later. The staff seemed confused and I waited for over 15 minutes while they looked for the prescription. Then was told I needed to wait for the pharmacist which took about half an hour while my children bounced off the walls waiting. Then the pharmacist told me they were confused about the name on the prescription and went back into the office for another 15 minutes before returning to tell me that due to their administrative incompetence they were refusing to fill the prescription for skin cream. After wasting my afternoon with these shenanigans. I could understand if this was for some kind of risky drug. Not medical cream for an obviously sick child on a weekend. Absolute jokers. Luckily I was able to find a legitimate chemist and got the prescription in 5 minutes. Very poor experience.

Fairly quick service and staff were SO friendly and helpful - made me feel really welcome, which was lovely as pharmacies and hospitals can be a nerve-wracking place to go. Would reccomend highly. - the wife

Good chemist all the staff are helpful and respectful and the head chemist is a star and will always go out of his way to help anyone
