Very rude staff was pretty shocked that the man (think he is called Darren) works there as honestly seems like he hates his job! Even my 12 year old nephew was like that man is so moody why is he like that!Is such a shame as great location but just such poor customer service.

I was reluctant to book after reading reviews. However, from the telephone call to book to the whole experience the staff were amazing. The ladies working there are great, helped my daughter, talked her through and reassured her all with a smile. Highly recommend!

Just had my daughters 13th birthday here. The staff were absolutely fantastic and encouraging with all the children. I booked them on all five activities which were, low ropes, high ropes, the drop, zip wire and the climbing wall. We were there 1.5hours and all the kids were knackered! ( we had them all sleep over and all of them were asleep by 11!) Thank you vertigo.

Both myself and my son had a great time on the ropes. Friendly staff, felt well looked after and safe. Highly recommend as a one of adventure or for kids parties

An alternative to Go Ape. Staff were friendly and helpful. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed herself. I would probably recommend doing one of the package deals to get more bang for your buck

I would not recommend this place to others. As they are not offering what they committed from the tickets we bought. We bought for 2 rounds but only allowed to pay for 1 as they staffs need to leave without the boss supportWe bought low rope for two rounds at £9.5 from 3pm. It started little bit late but still acceptable. However, it’s my son’s first time on the rope but the staff is not helpful enough, she only let my son to try the 1st round for 15mins then asked him to go down at 3:30pm. After my conversation with my son, he wanted to try again for 2nd round at 3:35pm. He went up to the staff but being rejected. I tried to understand the situation with the staff, she told me the time allowed for the tickets should be for an hour with 2 rounds. So, there are still have enough time and we are eligible to go for 2nd round. The reason that the staff refused for 2nd round is just because 2nd round is the same, what does that mean?! And finally I found that why the staff refused was because she need to leave at 4pm sharply so that’s why she started to pack after 3:30pm, prepare for her leave at 4pm.I complained for that and asked for refund. She just said it’s non refundable and asked me to talk with his boss. As she only covered his boss at that moment. I leave my number to them and the boss told me he will called me two days later but I didn't receive any calls finally.

My daughter has visited here on a few occasions this year for birthday parties. The hosts were friendly and helpful with the kids, making sure they all could find some bravery in attempting the course, even if it was only part way round. My daughter enjoyed it immensely and it's a good place to come and get confidence before attempting a larger or higher course such as Go Ape or Center Parcs. There is a high ropes course too, but we've not experienced that. The height restrictions seem to be a taller than Go Ape, as kids of the same age (and broadly similar height) could only do the low ropes, whereas they were up much higher at Go Ape in Thetford a few weeks earlier.

The Staff is not paid well i think.. the negative mood hits you as soon as you walk through the gate… when purchasing the guy just doesn’t want you there you can tell by his face. The girl that puts the gear one can’t focus on what shes doing because she is more busy talking to the guy in reception… its such a shame..!

Very rude manager, didn’t tighten my D ring properly and other staff had to come out half way through the course to ensure I was safe and tighten me in. I received very creepy stares and felt very uncomfortable due to the manager too. Ladies do not go here as is it not a comfortable place to enter especially for your children too!!!
