The Pilates Boutique
I have been attending Lisa's Pilates classes for almost a year now. Lisa choreographs the classes conscientiously, making sure there is a balance between challenge and relaxation. I have definitely felt a positive change in my posture and core strength as well as my motivation to look after myself. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Lisa is an amazing teacher. Taking care with any medical issues. Each class is tailored to the individuals, but always fun and I am feeling improvements each week.

I really enjoy classes at The Pilates Boutique. Each week we focus on strengthening different muscle groups & alternative movements are always available if we are unable to do a particular exercise. Lisa has a lovely energy about her & obviously loves what she does.

Amazing place. Lisa is such a great teacher. She's so mindful of each individual, very polite and always smiling. She challenges you but only in a positive way. I'm lucky to have found this place! I'm looking forward to my new body after 30 hours of pilates...
