Last week, my friend and I were sat in the lounge having a look at the menu, we weren’t sure if we wanted to stay or go somewhere else. While looking at the menu, a female member of staff (who I assume was a manager) basically shouted at my friend and I asking if we’re ready to order with the rudest tone. As someone who works in hospitality at a 5* hotel, I was shocked and astounded at the level of rudeness, especially as we’d decided to stay in The Lounge At The Hampshire but her tone and abrasive nature deterred us from staying in such an establishment. The experience left such a poor taste in my mouth that I advise my friends to avoid dealing with the staff in the Lounge.

Outside seating and Cocktails were gorgeous however the early closing times and slow service was a definite turn off.

Slow service. It is never good when the manager undermines (the correct actions) by an employee in front of customers.We were the only customers, so we went to another coffee shop that welcomed customers.
