For truly wonderful customer service see the lovely lady Sarah so friendly and so knowledgeable she helped my wife and my mum to find the right shoes and mum is really fussy she showed kindness and empathy a truly wonderful experience great choice of shoes and good prices

My sister and I visited this shop last Saturday. I nearly bought some sandals but was advised that they didn't fit me properly. My sister bought some lovely sandals in the sale. What I want to say is the lady who served us was brilliant. Lovely personal service that you no longer get in most shoe shops these days. She got down on her knees to check if the footwear fitted correctly. Personal service at its best.

Wonderful personal service from the manager and his assistant. Bought two pairs of shoes to fit my orthotics. Plenty of choice and good advice. I did not feel hurried or pressured in any way and my foot pain is so much better. My podiatrist recommended this shop and I’ll definitely be shopping here again. Thankyou.

My spontaneous visit to this extensive shop coincided with a staff shortage, and a surge of potential buyers. Each of us was served by the daughter and her father who had been called on to help out. Proper old fashioned attention was given to us all amidst some lively good-humoured banter. Needless to say I bought a lovely pair of shoes which have hardly been removed since my purchase!Thank you for advice and impeccable service.

Visited yesterday. My mum has problem feet and she must have tried on nearly every pair of shoes in the shop! The staff gave loads of time and help. Never got fed up with us. She even found a pair to fit.. thank you. Like it or not we will definitely be back. :)
