PB Fitness Gym

Been going here for a few months now and it’s a great gym. Was daunting going there the first times but that’s down to me, not the gym, and they’re all the same in that regard. Equipment is fantastic, really really well equipped gym. My only negative is how hot it is in there, one of the main reasons I signed up was to use the treadmill to mix into my marathon training to minimise the impact on my knees but it’s just too hot to use it. The weights room down stairs also gets insanely hot. Don’t let that put you off tho because it really is a great gym with absolutely everything you could ever want/need.

I’ve trained here quite a few times and the gym never fails to impress! The equipment available is great quality and there’s a wide variety to target all body parts. Llew is always adding machines to improve the gym which is a bonus! Always a great atmosphere when I train there to make you feel comfortable as well. Would recommend!

Fantastic gym lovely staff and the equipment is top notch easy clock in system and the gym is quite big has upstairs and downstairs and Changing rooms are spotless

Good place to build some muscle, tone and burn some blubber. Now a member and 3 occasional 4 times a week visitor. Great people and coaches available

Great gym has a lot of the latest equipment had 3 new machine s in a few weeks ago staff are helpfull steamroom as well

Excellent gym, great training atmosphere, and a superb array of equipment. Also friendly staff and owners. A very good place to train :)

If your in the South Wales area or arehappy to travel then get yourselves down to the place that started it all for me. You will not be disappointed! Without PB Gym I wouldn’t be here today. I’ve trained here since they opened their doors back in 2020. This gym has such an incredible atmosphere along with insane bits of kit. The staff are a credit to the place along with the owners.Before joining this gym I found myself in a dark place with no purpose to move forward. I knew I wanted to change my life, I wanted to lose weight and gain strength so I knew there was no reason in my mind not to join.Words don’t even come close to how honoured and proud I feel to have been given the opportunity to be a part of such an incredible place that feels like home.PB Gym has not only given me a new lease of life but it’s saved my life. This place is a credit to the community hands down.

Been here for almost a year now, equipment is fantastic but whats even better is the people. Never had an issue with anyone and everyone's kind and willing to help if you need anything. Very good facilties and lounge area too.
