I needed an emergency hair appointment for highlights and trim, saw the reviews for this salon and wasn't disappointed! I found the communication and customer service to be excellent from start to finish. The stylists really listen to what their customers want, and I found my stylist to be no exception.She went over above to ensure I was happy and the end result was stunning. This salon is run by professional and friendly people and their stylists are so personable, knowledgeable and professional. The salon itself is really chic with a lovely vibe. I highly recommend this little gem and will be back :)

All staff are very friendly. I have curly hair and was struggling to find someone that got along cutting my hair untill I found them. my husband loved them as well.

Very friendly and professional salon. All the staff are very welcoming. Have been coming here for several years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Steph always does an amazing job and nothing is too much trouble. In my opinion it’s definitely the best hair salon in Lutterworth.

I've had my hair done by Georgia a few times now and she's brilliant. She does a great job - I've absolutely loved my hair every time and I've had a lovely conversation with her each time too. She and all of the staff are so nice and friendly. I really like the relaxed atmosphere of the salon, I feel so comfortable there!

I generally trust very few hairdressers, but Steph at Chambers & Neal is the best. 100% happy. The entire team are a pleasure and very accommodating. Absolutely recommend.

Started coming here because me and my sister got cancelled on by another hair stylist and haven't left since, pretty sure that was over half a year ago. Love Taylor and always leave happy and with stories to tell :D

I came here on a recommendation from another hairdresser I was not disappointed. Taylor has been brilliant. She knew exactly what colour suited me in going from brunette to blonde. I loved coming back to get my hair done and Feel really looked after.
