The New Lodge

My gran was wonderfully looked after, nothing was too much trouble for them. The staff are absolutely lovely, and genuinely care. It felt very homely and not clinical at all. Such a lovely place.

Im working there, from our boss ,manager and staff ,they are Amazing people, they are family ,looking staff their wellbeing and very understanding people an approachable and friendly, treating staff fairly.

I couldn’t have wished for a better place for my mum to be cared for .Her room was cosy, and she enjoyed all her food at mealtimes .The staff were always approachable , very kind, and extremely thoughtful in every way from the very beginning, right through to the end.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home with its lovely caring staff .Thank you all very much for all you did for our mum .

My Dad was in here for a fortnight,the place is nice and clean the nurse couldn’t do enough for you until his passing

It was reassuring for us all, her family and her friends, to witness the level of care Doreen was receiving during her short time with you.The staff treated Doreen with humanity, kindness and understanding, and it was incredibly touching to see.What was a particular sad situation for our Aunt and a difficult time for all who knew her, was made bearable with your support.We cannot thank you enough.

Brilliant Nursing Home.I worked with some fantastic care staff and nurses during my time here.Everyone was very friendly and welcoming to me.The care provided is exceptional and personal to all residents and the home is spotless clean.I would happily recommend this home to my family and friends.I received lots of support and encouragement from khadiga, Linda, Hamza and all the management team to further my career in healthcare, offering on-going training and knowledge which I am very thankful for.Lovely Home with Great Staff!I hope to return one day!Thank You!

My nan moved into this lovely home on end of life care after being in hospital for around 5 weeks. The time she spent here was amazing I can not fault the staff from the moment she moved in to the very end and including after. Very accomodating asked us if we wanted any hot drinks or anything to eat. Very friendly and chatty explained what was happening or what their plan was or what they were going to do very well. Was never a question as to what they meant. Even down to her final trip out of the home the staff on site and who cared for my nan come out for final goodbyes. Really can not fault anything they did. My nan was always dressed presentable and always clean when she wasn't able to do it herself. Extremely helpful would 100% recommend this home to anyone. Didnt feel like a care home just felt like a home from home. Thank you to all the staff truly greatful. Nothing was every too much for them.
