BARBER BOSS

New customer and I sat for about 30min and there were 2 barbers with a customer. One barber finished and decided to ignore me completely and another customer walks in and takes my spot. When I asked the barber that it was my turn he spoke to me in a language which was not English and the other barber looked at me for a few seconds with a blank stare and told 'I will do it for you, give me 2 minutes' and then he continued cutting his customers hair. Waited another 5 minutes and decided to walk out. Absolutely rubbish customer service. There was no apology but they felt offended I was waiting.....????
