While the sister company of three, I find customer service for some reason is better, however while great value and able to use abroad I find the data speeds poor at time and something three had superior is esims for smart watch devices which would make the network a stronger contender to keep customers as besides price I think I can get a overall better package including eSIM and roaming for less than £5 more a month. But generally a decent network for the price

I tried to switch to another network but then cancelled it. However, it has been 2 days and still I can not use my number. It has been deactivated. They ruined my week. I can not use my phone, therefore I can not work. have lost hundred of pounds. Never use it again!

I don't use mobile phones much but found Smarty excellent value for money and easy to set up. Every time I travel I pay for a monthly subscription and it's been faultless for voice and data, without any roaming charges in Europe. I used it extensively in Italy whilst walking the Via Francigena from Switzerland to Rome and had no problems with the reception even in remote areas. A recent trip to Greece was equally successful.

A friend pointed me towards Smarty. I was out of contract with another major player and being charged about £18 for 1g data.Love my new Smarty deal. Easy to change plans or take a short pause if necessary. I spend quite long periods working abroad so this is great for me. Couldn't rate it highly enough! So pleased I swapped.

I've been with Smarty for a while now - and they are probably the fairest Comms company in the UK.Their T&C's are up front (you must try and read them!) - prominent among them is the fact that they don't increase prices every April in line with inflation.So boycott any company that does! Does your salary automatically rise by the annual inflation? Does any commodity have a built-in guarantee of an April price rise? It's the sign of a lazy company - not trying to keep costs down for their customers. Rubbing their hands with glee for easy money. Taking their customers for granted - especially with auto-renewal. (I told you to check the T&C's!)Not only that - but their tariffs are very fair. When you come to the end of a contract - they have another realistic - optional - offer waiting.By all means check it out thoroughly - it'll be the best around - because they want to keep trouble-free customers!Be Smarty! Great phone service and excellent pricing. Only disappointing the refer a friend bonus offer. I found it too difficult to pursue. However I still recommend it to others but do not bother to use this offer. My granddaughter loves the service but did not get what was promised. Shame really but otherwise a great service thank you..

Excellent value for money, but I find I often don't get a good signal. Also when I went to Greece, despite following the instructions for use in Europe I had no signal and had to rely on sketchy wifi when I could find it. So sadly on 3 stars

So pleased with Smarty! My dad recommended Smarty after reading great reviews in Which. When he was in hospital for a procedure he was the only person in a 4 bed ward who could make calls and send texts! I found I’d been ripped off by another well known provider and was looking to change. Very impressed, no problems or rip-off charges when I was in Romania. My husband also changed to Smarty after his bill increased (a different well known provider). So that’s 3 customers who’d highly recommend Smarty. Special thanks to Shruti for a very prompt reply and helping me sort out staying connected when I go on a cruise. Well done Smarty!

SMARTY have been excellent. Great coverage. Fees are simple to understand and not being stuck in a long term contract is a bonus. The extra benefits including EU roaming are a big plus especially since most major networks have removed this benefit. I would definitely recommend.
