I was very pleased to find Oxon Energy – a local company with a very high level of competence, professionalism and friendliness.They helped us through the specification phase and answered our many questions with understanding, technical expertise and humour. The installation is now complete - ASHP, underfloor heating on the ground floor and new rads on the first floor.The whole team is very communicative and knowledgeable, and the job is tidy, neat and efficient. They interfaced well with our other building contractors, and they continue to support us as we learn and adapt to the new system.Oxon Energy is a pleasure to work with; I highly recommend them.

I contacted and received quotes from 7 companies for my heat pump project. Of these, 5 companies visited my property to review the job properly and just 2 companies demonstrated full expertise by answering heat pump specific questions. I chose Oxon Energy for two main reasons: (1) they were highly contactable and continued to liaise with me on details specific to my project towards full specification of the job and (2) they were willing to meet my challenging requirement that the hot water cylinder was to be installed in our loft space.From selecting Oxon Energy, they swiftly completed all paperwork (incl. BUS grant), planned the work, and carried out the installation to the time and budget as stated on the quotation. The team worked tirelessly for 2 weeks, and the quality of the materials and workmanship was excellent. So far, the system is working perfectly. We now have a warm home, and our electricity consumption is far lower than previous winters, when our home was heated by storage heaters. I highly recommend Oxon Energy.

Like many I was venturing in to the unknown installing an air source heat pump but Joe and team took me through the process and became fully invested in my project. This encompassed initial design and specification, liaison with the rest of my building team, installation, commissioning and finally the BUS grant application. With one or 2 small glitches it all went very well. System it is now up and running and I have no hesitation recommending Oxon

Joe was recommended to me by a friend, and I've been impressed by the obvious expertise that he and Tom have in the field of renewable energy.My project was to replace an oil boiler with an ASHP, coupled with underfloor heating to the ground floor. Joe worked through a couple of designs to ensure that the solution would work for my house which had a mixture of older and more modern build.I've been equally impressed with every member of the team that I've met or spoken to throughout the works, they are all focused on doing the best job, and have also been great in providing aftercare support with a subsequent problem.So a big thanks (from my warm house!) to Joe, Tom, Tania, Anna, Harry, Reece and Tom. Oxon Energy Ltd installed our air source heat pump recently and we could not be happier. The unit is working very well and the house is cosy and snug. It was a pleasure having the very professional Oxon team in our house. They were friendly, easy to talk to and made an effort not to get in the way or make a mess. When we requested a change to the original agreed plan they could not have been more accommodating.The quality of work was very high and great attention was paid to detail at every step of the process. As ours is a grade II listed building, they were at pains to make sure the unit was well hidden away. When it was commissioned, Tom took the time to take us through the elements of the system and the controller and left us feeling we were well placed to manage the new system.The office team was equally helpful, responsive and professional. They served as perfect backup for the on-site team. The whole process was smooth, painless and efficient. We could not be happier.

We've now had our ASHP from Oxon Energy for a full year and it's performed extremely well, in fact better than its modelled efficiency. Well specified, well installed, well done Oxon.

Joe, Tom & co installed a new ASHP and HW cylinder (as well as swapped a few radiators) to replace an ancient gas boiler at our place. They were always here when they said they'd be here, and always left the place looking like they'd never even been here. We weren't without heat or hot water in a cold January for more than an hour or two at any point during the install. They finished the job on time and to the figure we were quoted. The house has been consistently warm and comfortable since the switch-over and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - the epitome of knowledge, consideration for customers, and expertise.

Oxon Energy installed a large, complex ventilation and cooling system and equipment very well indeed so that it appears to be built as part of the house. Not only were Joe and Tom pleasant, reliable, considerate and trustworthy but also so were the other tradesmen they introduced. They overcame several equipment supplier difficulties with good humour and kept to their original price. They had the place decorated perfectly at completion and the system works very well. It is rare to be able to say you recommend a supplier unreservedly but we can with Oxon Energy.
