Would highly recommend Dinas Windows. Excellent service from initial enquiry to installation. Very competitive price, and no deposit required, paid in full on completion. The installation team, were courteous & cleaned up after themselves. Thank to Dan and his team.

I always write an honest review- 1 star given as follows: Realistic price & decent quality products. That’s it.Unfortunately for us, they failed to measure correctly for a new porch. There was an existing roof structure (!!) that we asked the porch to be fitted under. Not difficult. However, I’m afraid we have been left with a porch that is too short and therefore with quite a noticeable overhang & less room inside. We just do not understand how this could go so wrong?! We called them back (after they speedily left when done) but no offer was made to extend the groundwork, apologise or make it 100% right. Although some cheap looking minimal rectification work (a strip of upvc over lovely brickwork to hide the botched job) was done; it still looks really odd so does my house, obviously this is not what we wanted at all. No apology received or an acknowledgment that it was their fault. Gutted & we wouldn’t recommend or use again. I don’t blame the guys who did the fitting as it was wrong from the beginning.

Needed blown double glazed unit fitted, gave Dinas windows a call to enquire if they did repairs ,booked an appointment for their repair team to visit and measure unit for me,visited on time ,phoned next day for price of repair ( price agreed ) gave me date when repair could be carried out.all done on time.Thank you.I would recommend Dinas windows for your repairs.

Dinas Windows delivered another 5 star job for us today. Fitters were superb and the whole service from estimate to installation was excellent.

The whole process from start to finish was faultless.All staff we had the pleasure of dealing with were most professional and polite.The door was installed quickly and cleanly and has made a tremendous difference to noise and draft problems. Extra keys could be ordered as we needed more than the 3 supplied.We would not hesitate to recommend Dinas windows or use them for future projects.

Having windows fitted during horrendous weather conditions could have been a daunting experience. However I can’t praise the guys enough! They worked tirelessly and did a marvellous job. Were cheerful and polite whilst getting soaked. They left the bungalow spotless. Five star review for a five star company. Many thanks.

Dinas Windows avoid at all costs they dont have a customer service team they dont have any customer service you call them they dont get back really shocking service dont waste any money with them the people behind the desks dont care !
