Absolutely appalling service! The woman accused us of being sneaky and having bad manners and yet her customer service was dire. I only bought something because of the good offer and I felt like leaving the product at the store!

Delighted with our new kitchen from Cheltenham. The customer service was outstanding and the kitchen is fantastic quality.

Lovely shop but shop assistant needs to improve her customer service attitude.

I have been quite a fan of Oka and today was my first visit to Neptune in a few years. What a stunning interior this building has been given and there is plenty of quality product to suit all pockets. I didn't really want to leave❤

Poor customer service.I asked if I can make an appointment to design the living room but the girl at the reception started opening a catalog instead of asking what I was looking for and what my needs were or show me around what they have. She stands alone with this book in her hands. She finally asked someone downstairs. Upon returning, she told me to look for a carpenter because they don't have customizable furniture for the living room. Realizing that it was quite useless to ask for anything else, I decided to have a look around the shop anyway. I saw downstairs that the office where the receptionist probably asked for help before everyone had their lunch on the desk. My visit was actually a distraction from their lunch break. All that beautiful furniture left to staff with no willingness to help and sell. What a disappointment!
