Katie Peckett Flowers

Took my mum to a workshop event for her birthday. Beautiful high end florists with a secret workshop area in the rear. Well worth a visit, we had a lovely morning of guided wreath arranging. Would recommend the flower school.

Used this place before usually ok but the two bouquets I got on Xmas eve for my partner and her mother are not only already dead after 7 days but we’re extremely small not good value for money and one bouquet for my partner only had six flowers in it and the other had 7! And was made to look bigger with a few bits of green ery very disappointed won’t be using again as I thought I was doing the right thing supporting local business but I think I’ll travel in future to get good value for money

Came in for a drink and catch up with friends, absolutely brilliant idea to pop a coffee shop in the back of the florists! Lovely surroundings and brilliant service! Really reasonably priced and that rocky road was sublime too! Will 100% be coming back!!!

Absolutely appalling service. Argumentative, rude and petty owner who refused to take accountability for an order that looks nothing like what was advertised. Waste of time and money and has left me and the recipient feeling completely defeated. See what was ordered and what was received…

Dealing with Katie Peckett has honestly put a downer on a very happy time of my life. I've recently graduated, had a birthday and had a mortgage offer accepted on a house, so my wonderful friend sent me some flowers from this company. I was honestly happy with the flowers I received from the moment I saw them, however when I saw what they should have looked like and how much they cost, I could understand my friend's frustration. Not only were the flowers the wrong colour, but there's weren't as many as there should have been, swapping one stalk of orchids for something else. My friend got in contact with Katie Peckett to disclosure her dissatisfaction and the response she got back was rude and unhelpful. Katie advised by friend that I should leave my bouquet outside my house and someone would swap them for a new bunch. 1) the original bouquet would probably just end up in the bin, which upsets me, 2) I don't trust my neighbours enough to not pinch them (or my partner would have had to stay home from work to organise this), 3) Katie was completely unwilling to provide a partial refund or gift voucher in exchange. This is appalling customer service and the whole situation has put a real downer on what was originally a lovely gesture. Now, every time I look at the flowers I am just reminded of this shambles of a situation, instead of just admiring a beautiful bouquet.

Defensive attitude and unhelpfulFlowers I recieved were disappointing compared to the picture on Eflowers. They were not the colours in the picture and there were far fewer stems. When I went into the shop to discuss this, the immediate reaction was to tell me how little they get paid to do these orders and second was that the flowers must have been ordered last minute (they weren't). Accordig to the shop Eflowers were wholly to blame for misleading marketing. However I was made to feel in the wrong and uncomfortable. I also wonder why a florist was unable to supply pink flowers in August!

The new cafe is great, most places never get a flat white right but this place does, will be coming back :)

I have used Katie Peckett many times for flowers in Sheffield and I have never felt less than delighted with the quality. The arrangements are superb, my Wife is always delighted, as was my Mother at Christmas. Would recommend, great customer service and top flowers!

We ordered our wedding flowers from Katie Peckett and we too were delighted with the results. Katie & her team were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting flowers for their special occasion.

Very, very disappointed in the flowers for my dear Dad's funeral. Not at all like the photographs on the website, sparse arrangement and cheap flowers used. My Dad deserved much better than this.A hostile, couldn't care less attitude when we spoke to the shop about them.I will never be using this florist again.
