I booked this for a surprise for my gf. I booked it so I could be a passenger and omg I was not disappointed!!! It was truly amazing experience from start to finish. Made to feel welcome and Fabio allowed my gf to have full control to take off and land. This is a must, don't miss out on this.

Bought a test flight for my son's 18th.Booked last week and paid on arrival. Michael the instructor gave short classroom explanation of how a plane works and how the session would run. Shown the options of places to fly over on our 30 minutes flight.Walked to airfield and explained safety checks to the plane. I paid £8 to be backseat passenger in the 4 seater plane. Duel controls in the cockpit. Michael asked where we lived and as it was local we flew over it. Headed off to Teignmouth and my son took over controls. Michael also demonstrated some quite thrilling manoeuvres and we headed home.Absolutely excellent experience and makes roller coasters seem tame.Definitely recommend

Beware, there are a lot of fake 5 star reviews for this company on here & tripadvisor that make out they are a perfect school but from my experience that is not the case!!!!I was lured in to pay full price because they said it worked out cheaper but they have unfair terms & conditions enabling them to keep all your money for the slightest thing that upsets them, I have lost £thousands. They are truly delusional in believing they are world class with unsafe & worn out aicraft, incompetant & devious management & not following CAA guidelines, etc etc. I am finishing off my training with another school that is better run. Do not pay in full as you are likely to lose it all

Went today for my first flight experience. Arrived an hour early and the man on reception was great. Very good customer service. The pilot tutor (Fabio) was fantastic too. Will definitely return and would recommend

Missed Opportunity in customer service and business. I had a voucher with a third party (Sky Dreams) which settled the voucher directly with the company so I could take advantage at any time at a later date. However the company was taken over last year in 2015 and they won't honour the fact that the previous company had been paid even though they had purchased the business.Moral of the story don't bother with vouchers. I can't vouch for the company any more than that and I was disappointed they didn't even try to offer any sort of discount on a new flight especially as I was prepared to upgrade the aircraft and duration. Lesson learnt. However a better approach to customer wouldn't go a miss., especially from a director of the business. As a business owner I would have handled the situation differently rather than try an argue a point.My score is based on their ability to handle a situation where a customer has a problem and they didn't make the best of the possible situation.Simply offering an apology and a small discount would have earned them new business. The person I spoke with did sound young and inexperienced though but they did say they were a director so should have a better handle on such things.

Instructor Mervyn made my MEP renewal straight-forward and enjoyable. Would recommend this school to anyone, and particularly G1000/FADEC purists who want to broaden their experience!

Really enjoyed spending some time here accompanying some of my relatives as part of a gift experience. I have dropped them 2 stars as there was nowhere for the people left on the ground to take any decent photos due to all the security fences. When I gifted a similar experience a few years back at a smaller airfield we didn't have these issues.

Did a flight experience with a groupon deal from my wife. It was a fantastic experience. The pilots were excellent tutors and I was able to take off and land (with help). 10 / 10 would reccomend anyone to use them for a flight experience.

Whilst the young instructors are enthusiastic and friendly, the management is a shambles, incompetent and not airworthy. I placed money on deposit in good faith to pay for future lessons. Due to personal circumstances I was unable to continue with lessons, so requested my credit balance to be returned. Only Andrew seems to have any authority to make any decisions, but he does not engage or respond despite extensive chasing, hoarding my money. His inability to communicate and deal with situations as they arise is a worry for a pilot. There are plenty of other places to learn to fly. Avoid.
