I’m so chuffed to have found Megan in the build up to my first marathon, having been suffering from minor injuries, soreness, tight areas and discomfort having ramped up the training significantly she pinpointed all the areas that needed focus and has really aided my recovery and training. Excellent sports therapy by Megan. Several back to back sessions and felt like I was walking 6” taller. Now having maintenance sessions to keep in good condition. Megan is also excellent at targeting specific injuries with the knowledge to best relieve the conditions.
