I wanted to share my good experience with cozy carpets. From the start the communication was very responsive. We worked out how much I will need and I was advised how much to buy so I don't overspend.Order placed on Saturday, and the boys turned up on Tuesday with a top quality finish.They were running a bit late due to the weather, but throughout I was kept in the loop with their ETA. Clean work, with respect to your property. Fully COVID compliant.Didn't waste time when they got here, within an hour all work was done and dusted.After the completion, I was called by presumably the business owner to ask if I was happy with the work done.Very reasonably priced too. Before using Cozy Carpets, I had a couple of quoted both of which quoted literally double with thinner u delay. Cozy Carpets did it for half the price with better materials. So end to end positive customer experience and good quality carpet and installation.I will, for sure use these guys again.

The service I received from cozy carpets was exceptional. I was guided through the steps and then was shown a wide variety of options to suit my criteria. On the day of my fitting the fitters arrived promptly and finished the work to a high standard in a reasonable amount of time. I am so happy with the finished result and could not recommend them more.

Highly recommended!On a Sunday night, just 5 minutes after leaving an enquiry on their website, Attiqur, the owner of Cozy Carpets contacted be on WhatsApp, gave me instructions on how to measure my room, sent me videos of samples corresponding to my indicated tastes. I was given a competitive quote in no time and in record time on the next Wednesday I had a new wonderful luxury carpet laid on. The team visited my flat, was very professional, polite, punctual, friendly and it took them only 90 minutes to complete the job. I never imagined it would be so easy to change the carpet and wish i had done it sooner. Thanks again Cozy Carpet for being so proactive and easy to deal with! I will not hesitate to use their service again and will recommend to all my friends and family.

I made an enquiry and they came out the next day to measure my house the men came to fit it three days after that on arrival they were pleasant and got straight to work quickly and neatly my experience with this company was great.I must also add the pricing was on point very fair I am very happy with my overall experience from making the enquiry to them coming and laying my carpet.Great customer services I will recommend always

Great job and very reasonable priced. Called for a quote within 4 hours they were at the front door with samples. Having receiving two other quotes CozyCarpets were by far the best priced for a better quality carpet offered by others. Satisfied customer. I seen this company’s advert in Gumtree, managed to select 100% wool carpet for upstairs 2 rooms and staircase at the best price. This is a family owned business comprised of uncle and nephews as a team, job done within 3 hours, very impressive and finished with professional workmanship.
