I started going to see Sam 4 months ago after a long term lower back injury from years of sports and weight training. The results have been incredible! The treatment he has provided along with the rehabilitation program has got me back training and doing what I love to do. I highly recommend!

I was suffering from one sided shoulder and lower back pain following a car crash and started receiving treatment from Sam. He always explains and talks me through each treatment, detailing what he’s doing during each stage of the appointment. He has really helped me and allowed me to be pain free in work.I would recommend him to anyone and everyone! :)

I visited Sam after finding him on Facebook. I texted him to explain what issues I was having with my ankle and he booked me in for the following afternoon. Sam is very welcoming, caring and professional, he explained the therapy he was going to use on the affected area but also eased pain in my calves. I felt 100% better after the first session and we worked out a day for me to return to see how I was getting on. Sam makes you feel comfortable upon meeting him and will work wonders on any aches and pains.I highly recommend!

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam to anyone. Very professional, he was informative explaining in detail what he was doing during each step of the treatment, in a friendly and comfortable setting. Been to Sam twice now following aches and pains after having 2 pregnancies close together. Explained my issues with my neck, back and thighs and Sam assessed and suggested the best treatment options for me. Extremely professional, friendly and explained everything to me. Noticed a huge difference immediately after both sessions. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam to anyone!

I would recommend Sam. I was visiting Wales and had a stiff lower back. Sam was generous enough to accommodate me at short notice and worked in my lower back, hamstrings, upper back and trapezius. I was happy with the person centred approach and care.
