I love this place!!Very friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Variety of classes available, reasonably priced membership fees. No men and no lycra or preening women :))

Started PTs with Becky over a year ago now and could not recommend this gym enough. Becky is so easy to get along with friendly and approachable which is what you want in your PT sessions. She works around any my injuries but still manages to push me. This gym is more like a family then the other big commercial gyms out there ❤️ xx
