Highly recommend. The customer service is excellent. I've ordered from this company for quite a few years now and they never fail to impress me. If there is ever an issue, such as something arrives damaged, they swiftly sort it out. How refreshing to have a company that cares about its customer service to provide quality products.

The company are amazing to deal with. Had a slight issue with my order and they resolved it immediately for me sending my out a replacement part. The frame looks excellent especially as I'd struggled to find an A2 frame with black A3 mount.

Fantastic. I ordered two frames from them through Amazon but unfortunately they arrived damaged. There were contact details directly to the company and I reached out to them via email. They were so professional and helpful that I ended up placing a very large order with them, all of which was dispatched promptly and free of charge, with an additional discount. All the frames ordered from them directly arrived in perfect condition, very securely wrapped. What more, I wasn't sure what frame sizes I would need or what styles would suit the artwork I had and they were very eager to advise, offer alternatives and provide custom sizing. I will be using them for all frame orders going forwards. Pleasure to work with.

I had a couple of issues when ordering my frames, unfortunately Parcelforce lost the first Parcel but Chelsie was very quick to have another sent out to me, however when the replacement arrived it was very dented and scratched and was also missing the white border which I reported to them straight away as this was part of a birthday present ordered for my partner (it was his birthday the day is arrived due to the issues with Parcelforce). Greg arranged for not just a replacement frame but also an upgrade to be sent out that at 5pm so as to be sure I would receive it the next day which was very much appreciated. I am extremely happy with the replacement frame, it’s good quality and looks fantastic on the wall. I will be ordering more to match the one I have.

I've had several frames from Frame Company now - I love the selection they offer and they have always been incredibly helpful and accommodating in assisting with my requirements for non-standard sizes. I won't go anywhere else now and know that they will always have something suitable!
