Verisure Alarms for Home & Business - Wolverhampton

Today a very nasty experience with one of their staff members on the motorway just before Luton Airport. One of their staff members with license plate starting with LG23 was slalom through traffic and he was Tailgating me.After I had finished over taking, I then left the fast lane to the middle lane so he could overtake me... because of his dangerous driving I pointed a finger at him to tell him he had to stop with his behaviour.Then he tried to push me off the motorway and continued with his dangerous driving. This guys is driving a van of this business. I am a business owner myself and when staff members are driving like this in my vans with my company name on it, I would fire him directly

I’m very unhappy with this company; I was Mis-sold my home alarm system. Installing engineer advised that I own the equipment, Customer Services says the cost I paid was for install. Trading standards needs to look into these people/organisation.

Not even sure where to begin with this review. But even 1 star is quite generous for a company who has zero customer care and little to none customer satisfaction regard.Firstly Harkieran Khunkhuna (Wolverhampton) - this guy is a crook. Very quick at approaching customers when it comes to installing and selling products but decides not to answer calls or messages once his got his commission. The fact his now a sales coach is quite embarrassing in my opinion and this again reflects the nature of the talent that works for this company. I’d advise this person to start showing a little more regard to the people who put food on his table.The basis of my review and rating is due to no after care or service. They have a terrible after care and customer service department I’ve had several issues let’s begin with the fact since the day the above mentioned crook installed my alarm the solar panels have never worked and my side camera has never been operational, I’m still paying for it. It’s been a year let me mention. During this period I’ve asked for it to be replaced or repaired and the issue is ignored. A year later I have a long list of unknown charges on my account and getting hold of someone is virtually impossible.I’ve had issues with my alarm too when it’s been triggered and they disarmed my alarm without checking and in fact my neighbour came into my property didn’t deactivate the alarm and the response team just turned the alarm off without any authorisation. So the process don’t work. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt but the service is shocking. Also let’s mention the security guards they use - most of these are local junkies who probably won’t even respond in time.I need to have my alarm removed and go to the professionals. Such as ADT. YES they’re more expensive but atleast they would be more reliable and professional.

I was broken into. The Alarm was smashed by the intruders, which meant it went off line. Off line would mean its been tampered with, so a call should be made by Verisure to confirm what the problem was. According to Verisure a Tamper" as they call it may not trigger a call straight away. Im not sure how long you do have to wait because I reported the break in 26 hours after I was broken into to Verisure. Im still actually waiting for them to call me and say my alarm has been tampered with. They told me they have to plug in a new device to find out the reason. Not quite sure why given the device runs on its own SIM card its own poser. Any new device again would have its only Sim card and its own power. They did not want to take away the smashed device for testing. Just wanted to install a new one so I had peace of mind......HAHAHAH peace of mind the old one didn't go off

It's the worst company there isIt's the worst company I had to deal with ,they misinformed me and made me overpay for their system, I paid over 700£ for a camera to hold ,also the installation took a few hours.I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They were also rude by lying about price and how it works

Got a cold call and agreed to an appointment to discuss further. He didn't bother turning up. Not sure the point of harassing people unsolicited then not attending appointments.

I don't know where they got my phone number from, but it wasn't from me. I got an unwanted text that looked just like some of the scams I have been getting lately. Not very professional or reassuring

When the Verisure salesman sold us the alarm system he said that it would come with a cctv camera for the outside garden area, this never happened and after enquiring we were told he should not have said this as there was not a cctv option at the time and we were also told by the salesman that when the contract finished we could cancel the contract and keep the alarm as a stand alone alarm system. When contacting Verisure today to cancel the alarm we were informed that they would be removing the system as it is still owned by them and if we wanted to keep the equipment I’ve would need to pay another £100. This is after we paid £399 installation fee and then 36 months rental ( with annual price increases which again the salesman did not mention). Not good tactics for a modern company.

Had an interview way over a month ago (30th may) and was advised I would be contacted within 2 days to organise a trial shift but never was. I heard nothing so had emailed the manager and the lady who contacted me to book the interview but again I was ignored. I assumed at this point the job I was basically offered had now been taken. I called and was advised they were busy due to bank holiday and would contact me but never did. I received a call a week or so ago from the lady who booked me in originally and who told me they were busy. She was saying they were impressed with my cv and would like to get me in for an interview, when I said I have been emailing you and been ignored she said she will pass it on and gave me recruitments email, but to no avail it’s been ignored. Please don’t lead people on and give false information if you’re not able to back it up or even have the decency to reply.

They tried to sell me an alarm for my business even though they have no certification They insisted they could do the job. Without ssaib or nsi certificate you can have your insurance invalidated. BEWARE of these pushy salesmen.
