Stonecraft Paving Centre

We recently bought Italian porcelain paving slabs from this company for our large patio installation. Good quality materials and good service (Lee at Strood branch, gave us couple of sample slabs to take home to check and was always willing to help). We are pleased with their service :)

I was finding it difficult trying to find some 40mm Blue Slate. I tried all the usual builder’s merchants to be told none were available. After seeing one of the Stonecraft trucks l called the number on the side and spoke to someone who was extremely helpful and advised on my requirements. Ended up they didn’t have stock that I needed at the Medway City Estate. The guy who answered the phone was covering from the Ashford depot the day I rang to enquire and knew they had the stock at Ashford. They had the slate delivered to Medway City Estate for free on one of the next deliveries they had going up from Ashford.That is customer service and going above and beyond. It also shows that the team know what stock they have among 1000's of different products.10/10 will be using you guys again and recommending to friends and family.Also, cheaper than the other building merchants.

Very helpful and kind staff. Good range of paving - albeit nothing extraordinary. Limited range of aggregates. Some work is in progress on their display outside, but it does not detract from seeing their range of items.

we went to see and get quotes for Patio for our garden. Mr. Paul one of the store incharge was extremely helpful. he showed us all different types of patio slabs, gave all guidance what we need for which type of stones. Gave us quotations for our need. Very very helpful person. soon we are going to place an order with them. Will recommend to all who like to patio.

Great company to do business with. The delivery driver, Ian?, was a pleasure to deal with. Helpful to the point that he craned the slabs into my back garden with no fuss.I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

The man behind the counter is a dinosaur and can't be arsed with good customer service at all, after buying over 450 quids worth of slabs and finding out one size of the slabs i'd ordered was a different depth to all the rest (which personally i believe they should all be the same depth) he didn't give a monkeys about my concern or helping me out of the situation without banging on about restocking charges and collection charges, Stonecraft/Castacrete may be cheap, that's because they make inferior products i'm now stuck with. personally i will never be using this company ever again and will never be recommending them to anyone.
