Location was a bit difficult to find as building looks empty from outside but I believe that it is a new location so once things are completed this really shouldn't be an issue. Booking was easy, girls were friendly and my lashes were perfect. Not a fan of wearing lashes regularly but have booked in advance for a top up so I have them all the time, super comfortable and received loads of compliments.

Very poor communication from them. I was given a Groupon voucher as a Christmas gift. Firstly I struggled to even make an appointment with them. When I eventually did get a response they were very cheeky. I was instructed to make an appointment using their app which I did and received a confirmation email. I then tried to rearrange my appointment the day before only to find it was no longer booked. The mobile number on the app and confirmation email is incorrect as the person replied to me to say they are not associated with the salon. The landline number I found just rings out with no option to leave a message. When I got a response through Messenger it was cheeky again saying they couldn’t interrupt their treatments to answer the phone. I was also told very curtly that they were not on social media all the time so unable to respond through messenger - yet they’re constantly posting on Facebook. I wasn’t expecting that but when I’m not able to leave a voicemail how am I supposed to communicate with them. I work full time so can’t keep trying to call every 30min. They then informed me that Groupon has cancelled all the vouchers and would be issuing a refund. When my mother in law contacted Groupon to query this they said they had no knowledge of these being cancelled!I would give them no star if I could. Stay well clear of this salon they clearly don’t know what customer service is!

I came to Abigail Rose Beauty to have a lash lift done by my girl Tara!I previously had my nails done in another salon and they weren’t the best..After being lucky enough to bag a slot with Clare the same day, she transformed my horrible bulky nails to the most beautiful set I have ever had! she is definitely my go to from now on!!Couldn’t be happier with my nails x

Went here a few times for lash extensions and infills, first appointment I was given booked online and showed up to shop and shutters still down contacted beautician who said they didnt open until 10 when I had a confirmed appointment at 9. Maybe 3rd infill with same beautician booked via text directly and confirmed a 10am appointment, again showed and shutters still down, phoned and phoned and texted and still more than 2 weeks after my appointment have never heard back, waste of my time and petrol on 2 occasions

Had an appointment on Friday 7th February turned up to find the shutters down and no one about . Tried to call them but no reply. I’d bought 2 groupon vouchers so now I’m out of pocket . Very very unprofessional would not recommend at all

I could not be happier with my treatments (gel nails, brow shape and tint) the procedures were done to an incredibly high standard by friendly professional staff. The salon went over and above to accomadate me and made me feel very welcome and valued. I was really impressed with how they clearly value and develop their staff and how that in turn is reflected in the service you receive. A spotlessly clean salon with friendly, talented staff you won't find better.

Cancelled the appointment 1h before I had the appointment. Very bad communication.Said that electricity wasn't working.Now looking at other reviews it sounds like some kind of excuse..Still waiting for the refund.
