DONT take your phone here to get fixed and don’t believe a word they tell you, I took my phone in to get a new screen and ear piece a few weeks ago, it was pretty expensive ( same price as the Apple shop) the phone hasn’t worked right since. The screen is coming away at the top. The home button no longer works and the battery is worse than ever also the headset speaker is all crackling and distorted, the guy in the shop told be to take it home and restore the factory settings and that should sort it out so I did that and it was no better, when I took it back to him less than a week after he fixed it he told me he couldn’t cover the parts because I must have dropped it. Total waste of money, the fat guy with the bald head and girls voice in store has a lot to answer for,Do yourself a favour and avoid this shop

Had the much needed phone case for my daughter's phone, limited colour range, hence scored 4

Brilliant service from Ciaran. Very helpful and pleasant, I couldn't have asked for better. Would recommend anyone to give this store a try.

Superb service from Ciaran who is both personable and knowledgeable. He is certainly an asset to Uberfone. He diagnosed a battery problem and had my iphone7 up and running within an hour. Can't speak too highly of Uberfone's excellent customer service.

,Had just been to car phone warehouse with a wee issue with my phone which they couldn't solve .Called into Uber to buy a new phone cover, happened to mention the problem with my phone ( which really was nothing major ) the guy had it sorted in 30 seconds and then took the time to show me what do do if it happens again ... Well impressed .super service ...definately a well deserved 5 * ..

Worst customer service I have ever encountered and told blatant lies!! Disgusting should be totally ashamed of yourselves.
