it was not busy (front of house) am sure it was with orders (urber eats) but never the less there was enough staff to keep up the standards. Tables not cleared. mess on floor. over flowing bins. And if i was being really picky the customer welcoming is not there.

Ordered through just eat. Half of the order was missing and the store was no help. Won’t even answer the phone to give an explanation as to why. Requested a refund through just eat.

Not busy, but yet it was absolutely filthy disgusting. Staff were too busy socialising to clean the place up. Not a single table that was clean, they were either piled up with rubbish / leftovers or had sauce stains, crumbs and salt etc on every one of them. Not wiped down or cleaned for hours by the looks of it.

Food was good but had no hot chocolate, even though it was on the menu, so had to get a tea instead which was quite flavourless. Not only this, but a drink was forgotten to be put on the tray, a lipton peach tea, and when we finally got it, it tasted more like water than anything. disappointed with my experience.

THE SADDEST BOX MEAL I HAVE EVER SEEN!!So sick of this drive through. It’s just rubbish there’s ALWAYS something. I spent £25 total and £6.50 for a trilogy box meal and the popcorn chicken snack box had more in it. Couldn’t eat the burger was just bread basically as the chicken piece was so small. Hot wings weren’t hot. I spent 20 minutes queuing and £25 later I’m still hungry. Maccies can have my money from now on I’m fed up of playing the lottery with this place.

I honestly couldn’t knock the delivery time, the food was absolutely bang on. Hardly any grease for a KFC. We’ll definitely be ordering from here again, thanks for a great service.

Can't get orders right using drive through. It's literally run by young students or people that are really young.Food has gone down hill. it's soo poor barley taste the southern fried. ive tasted better frozen food". Prices gone up but the chicken burgers has reduced in thickness and quality of food very poor . start making my own . Won't be eating these places no more."

Thank you soo much to the morning staff today (24/07) for helping me out when my car aquaplaned. Lovely caring people and offered me comfort and a hot drink and checking up on me until i had company. I really appreciate it and you deserve the full recognition for the job you do and give to your community!
