First time using MG cars and Dan B was amazing. Eventhough we hadn't officially met in person he was efficient and very attentive to what I was looking for. He wasn't pushy or forward like I've had with previous sales men so it was really nice to be listened to and just get what I was looking for without feeling inclined to pay more. Finally met on the day of car pick up and Dan was exactly the same in person. Very informative,kind and very understanding of the fact I had recently had a baby which I really appreciated. Will be back if Dan B is still with you :)

Due to the problem with my car (MG HS 23 plate), I could not use it for the 15 working days I had to wait before I could get my car into the garage. Work load I presume.Once the investigation was done, the repair was carried out quickly and efficiently and was done at a fair price. I was kept informed of the progress throughout the work by staff who were helpful and professional.This site tends to be very crowded and finding a parking spot can be a bit of a challenge.

Not at all surprised to see most of these reviews are about Dan L and how down to earth he is.He recently helped us purchase our new car and was clear, thorough and helpful throughout the whole experience. Great customer service from Dan Lammiman. He was extremely helpful and efficient. The whole process from choosing a car we liked, test driving it, then paying for it was seamless thanks to his efforts. I would definitely recommend buying a car here.

Dealt with Dan Blewett who was excellent and was a great communicator who answered all of my queries efficiently and professionally - very impressive.HOWEVER :- found it hard to believe the new car, an MG4 ev Long Range does not come with even basic floor carpets !!! a standard charging cable is not part of the package!! there is no service package - there is no package that includes services and tyres. My VW ev had all of these. But what is effectively an insult is charging for the car to be charged for delivery.Need to think seriously about customer satisfaction.

Dan L has restored my faith in car salesmen - quick to respond to queries, friendly and prepared to go the extra mile to make sure the car was the right fit (literally!). He made the tick box compliance paperwork tedium as painless as possible. Also impressed that MG offer more than just white at no extra cost - the blue MG4 Trophy very smart with black trim. Happy experience!
