What a fantastic fitness facility !Clean, well-equipped and well-run. Coaches are approachable, knowledgeable, helpful and provide oodles of encouragement.Members are friendly and there is an ethos of inclusivity, no matter what stage your training is at.A quality training environment.

This is a gym that goes the extra mile for its clients. When I first started my fintess journey I phoned round all the gyms in Berwick looking for a PT but none of them offered this service. Luckily I found Unity and Nicola offered to give me PT sessions twice a week. Even when the gyms locked down, Nicola supported me with my fitness goals. All of the coaches have full-time jobs, but not once does this interfere with the quality or consistency of the workouts offered. The friends I've made here have really made me feel part of something and it's hands down the best gym I've ever been to. Can't reccommend it enough!

I have been going around 2 months now and lost about 5kg. The Staff are friendly and professional, they know how to get the best out of members with scaled versions of the WODs always available. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to start training, take the first step and keep going.

I joined unity fitness through lockdown doing outdoor classes and have remained their since they fully opened. I have adapted my gym lifestyle and developed hugely through their high quality workouts and professional coaches. Every workout can be completed by anyone of any age or capability and they have a wide experience of knowledge between the coaches to help you in all aspects of your own personal ability. My personal development has been huge. The name says it all and is very apt. Highly recommend a visit to this community friendly gym.

I started Unity Fitness in February, I was nervous and quite frankly did not know what I was walking into and now 8 months on I could happily and proudly say it was one of the best things I could have done. The amount I have learned from the professional coaches who push you to your limits but also support you when things are tough is incredible. They have supported me and many others to reach our goals and continue to do so every time we step through the door. I would never have thought 8 months ago I’d be doing my second competition soon. I have smashed goals and continue to smash goals with the fellow gym members and we celebrate each others achievements together as a big family - it’s amazing! The facility is always well cleaned and looked after by not only the members but the coaches. The gym is very well equipped with a wide variety of different high end equipment and weights. Honestly worth a visit if you’re wanting to try a new fitness adventure, with amazingly structured classes and a 6 weekly development programme on many different movements to get you thriving and feeling more confident each week.#CommUNITY

I have been going a to Unit Fitness since it opened, I have been doing functional/ CrossFit style training for 8 years now and Unity is the best place I have trained in. The coaches are friendly, very knowledgeable and take the time to understand and adapt training to suit you should you be a beginner, middle of the road or top dog and also if you are recovering from injury.Programming for all classes is always varied and never boring and as tough as you want to make it.Unity is a very friendly little community where we all help each other, train hard and have fun.I wouldn’t hesitate to encourage anyone to come and try the classes because you’ll be hooked I promise.

I started at Unity Fitness Berwick when it first opened after the Covid lockdown. They offered great support through those challenging times and kept a community going through Zoom workouts and went above and beyond with services. Since then they have opened up a top quality and well looked after gym and have grown a community of support and brought people from all backgrounds together. No matter your experience, all are welcomed here and supported. Could not recommend any higher.
