The plumber arrived on time, assessed the situation and expertly cleared the blockage. He went a step further and also examined the rest of my plumbing system to make sure there were no underlying problems. I am very happy with their service and would definitely hire them again if needed.

This 'plumber' called round yesterday after our boiler broke down. He demanded money upfront £140 knowing we were desperate for heating especially with a young child at home. When this was paid, he 'tinkered' with the boiler for less than 10 minutes before leaving claiming it was fixed. When we checked it we found it wasn't fixed not could see any real attempt to fix it. We tried to call him back a few minutes after he left but he didn't answer (knowing clearly why we were calling). Please be aware especially at this time of year and not be taken in by con men looking to take advantage. We called him a few times again the next day and he was very abusive and demanded another £190 to come out and said he needed this upfront again. Please be very cautious if using this what seems to be one man conman and do not pay him upfront as chances are he doesn't know what he's doing in the first place.
