Many staff and prices have changed in this store in the last two years. Except for one person, Aylin! That and the delicious baguettes she prepared. Thank you very much!

I can't say enough good things about Wenzels The Bakery on Broadway, Debden store! I can say that especially their baguettes are simply incredible and definitely different from other stores. It makes my day! Also, their sourdough bread is very delicious.Thanks to its clean and welcoming atmosphere, every visit is a pleasure. The staff always greets you with a smile, making the experience even better. If you are a bread lover like me, this place must be visited. Highly recommended!

Received wrong items. Whoever was working wrote on the bag rather than taking initiative and calling to see what other items I would like. Sent an item with mushrooms in it which was completely different to original order.

I found a sharp piece of wood in my burrito. I complained through deliveroo who refunded me. But wenzels hasn’t bothered to contact me days later. Be careful people my child could have choked to death. I’m shocked they have not reached out.

Good food and service. Lily was very friendly and helpful.The other guy on shift on 21 October 11.30am wasn’t the same. He was very slow and looked unimpressed. Smile mate :)

Ordered through Uber eats. Took over an hour. Kept saying restaurant preparing and wrapping for 45mins. When it arrived the order was wrong. Ordered white baguettes received small seeded ones. And we’re so dry no Mayo. Lettuce looked like it had seen better days and the smallest amount. Ordered 1 jam and 1 ring donut. Both were ring, two bottles of coke were placed on top of the baguettes so they were squished. Should of ordered subway

Amazing bakery. So glad it has moved into The Broadway. I now buy fresh bread weekly instead of supermarket bread. Great sandwiches, yummy pastries, fantastic bread! (Love the sourdough and bloomer). Highly recommended
