We Buy Any Car New Barnet Station

I booked an appointment and was told to wait 5 mins.20 mins later , the gentleman had no customer did not think to come out and update me.Wasted my lunch break during working hours and why do they have a booking system if they can't keep to it?

The service received by Mark was phenomenally good. He was efficient, courteous and personable. The whole experience from start to end was seamless and completely stress free. We opted not to pay for fast track payment and got payment within 24 hours. The week before we sold to another branch and paid £25 to fast track and payment was instant. The only downside is that you get considerably less for your car than if selling privately. Also on both ocassions we got far less than the on screen quoted price. Knock off £800-£1000 for any scratches or dents.However I wouldn't hesitate to use WBAC again for the ease of the sale. Totally trustworthy company. (4th time using)

Trevor was very helpful at New Barnet Station depot. however WBAC policy is really bad. Firstly the valuation is very low for your car and then they knock it further down for such small things. But Trevor tried his best. Its second hand cars they are buying ! so it will have small dents etc. Anyway i sold my car to them as i need the cash asap for my new car.
