Fydell House
Beautiful building with superbly kept gardens.Attended a special outdoor yoga event in the garden, which was very well organised by very friendly staff. Extremely relaxing and refreshing with very knowledgeable yoga instructor. All with a cuppa included in the price. Very good selection of homemade cakes which we're very tasty.I'm hoping they do other yoga events as I'd definitely sign up for it again. Next I'll pop longer on car park so I can explore house a bit more.

We were invited by a long-serving volunteer into Fydell House, a Queen Anne style house in Boston. It's an interesting house through time. I may not have the details 100% correct, but in brief, the last owner was a John Fydell-Rowley. It was after his death that it was put up for sale. The estate was rescued by locals and people who emigrated to Boston USA. An impressively kept garden by the volunteers. Free entry. Do drop in when in the area.

Fydell House
A beautiful Georgian house and gardens, well worth a visit. This can be hired for weddings and family occasions. The rooms can also be hired for business, education and the arts. Its free to look round and one of Boston's lovely treasures. Its run by the Preservation trust. Very well kept and cared for. Well worth a visit.

Fydell House
Wonderful little attraction, staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about the house. Lovely little coffee room, fabulous venue for events. Come and support an independent venture. Lots for kids to do on special occasions. Amazing jams and pickles for sale at reasonable prices, which all helps to keep the place open.

Fydell house has an interesting history linked , not unsurprisingly to Boston . I'm not going to tell you of it go and find out yourself . The house plays host to many crafting groups and has what's left of a fine garden . You can also get fed there on a Wednesday for a reasonable fee , nothing extravagant but well cooked and tasty . Treat her gently , she's an old lady who needs looking after .

Very nice. The staff is very nice. They answer any questions, you ask them. They are only open on a Wednesday for lunch. I had a home made thick soup, my daughter had jacket tate and my grandson had a panni.

An amazing place to come and visit. Steeped in history. Beautiful interior and gardens. A lovely gentleman talked to us about the fascinating history of this house, showed us round and was very knowledgeable. The food ( home made soup ) smelt amazing. We didn’t have any but will have some next time we visit. Please check this place out even if it’s just to have a cuppa in the cafe.

We stumbled across this place whilst heading to the museum next door.Beautifully proportioned, the house was being set up for a wedding the following day.An 18th Century Queen Anne house with Georgian alterations, it did not disappoint, full of history. We learnt about it's previous residents from a very helpful lady on site. How it was built for Lennox Jackson and owned by the Fydell family until the 1930s.
