Ordered through Uber eats and half my order was missing, when I phoned up they couldn’t care less and just told me to contact Uber for a refund, awful customer service will be sticking to Greg’s from now on.

During my stay to UK - I visited this outlet which mainly offers the confectionery products and some finest coffees …. Mostly they have 90% varieties in non-veg category; being a vegetarian I had very less options to choose from - I chose cheese pesto panini foot long; the frozen foot long was delivered to us in just 3 mins after microwaving it… it tasted like a continental one - little different but nice. Their other veg try out options were cheese salad and cheese sandwiches

Great Food at this place!! I always come here on my lunch breaks! And get the lovely Sausage rolls! However was very disappointed with the service. Today I went in to get some lovely Sausage rolls and when I was waiting in The Queue, one lady said Hiya Lovely" to the woman behind me.so I went up because I was in front of her and the lady's reply was "No I'm serving this gentleman to the left. This was in quite a rude tone

Very rude aggressive staff member.I have sent an email to customer services.I recieved a reply addressing me by my Christian name having not been invited to! (So this is the standards they teach in schools these days).stating that they will impliment further training for their staffBasically being brushed off !Pay peanuts....... and what do you get ?My last email stating their over familiarity in addressing customers has not been respondedto,must be in a meeting no doubt !

Just had an order from Wenzel's today for the first time.Very impressed with the quality of the food, I had a cheese salad baguette, diet coke, cheese and onion crisps and a very yummy Viennese finger.My wife had the same and we can not fault the food at all.Great service, and lovely food.Thank you so much, we will use you again.

The worst show manager I have come acrossShe is so loud rude and speaks very aggressively with customer and her staffHeard her say put in the oven then go finish at the back.Her name I found out was CorinaShe is not nice and use foreign language on the shop floorDisgusting behaviour for a reputable English company like wenzel.

We ordered through deliveroo and multiple items were missing. I called to get this rectified and they were no help at all. I spoke to the manager Irina who was very rude obnoxious and was even laughing at the fact that items were missing. She was unable to offer anything at all. The only option she said was for me to drive in which was really cheeky to make me spend Petrol money to get the items they missed out. Awful service and she needs to have a performance review because it’s very worrying if the manager treats customers in that way. We were regular customers but that’ll be the last time we order from this poorly managed establishment.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered wenzels through just eat. Someone has one job to put all the food in the bag (obviously not the smartest individual) because they couldn’t even do the simplest task. Need a re shuffle of customer service on the phone too. Absolutely useless. Missing part of my lunch. Phoned wenzels up and they can’t send it out, I have to collect my own food even though I originally ordered for takeaway and it’s their mess up. Whoever the manager is at this store needs a whole re shuffle of the store and get better customer service. Useless don’t need one GCSE to work here.
