Visits to Jemma for treatments at Mandala Flow are the most relaxing and therapeutic experience. Jemma is so attentive and listens carefully to my needs, which means she always delivers a treatment that is tailored for me and addresses any issues, so refreshing compared to other places I have been when it is just choose from a menu of standard treatments. Whether it’s a massage that helps to get the knots out or a facial to help balance my skin, a trip to see Jemma is always a calming, restorative treat.

I have visited Jemma several times now and cannot recommend her more highly. As she is registered with the Federation for Holistic Therapists I am able to claim my treatments back on my work health plan which is brilliant. Her treatments are easy to book and the service is easy and relaxing from beginning to end. Jemma is so kind and very good at what she does. Thank you so much, I can't wait for my next appointment :)

I had a great experience. From the minute I arrived at her lovely studio, Jemma was friendly and welcoming, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for from a massage. The treatment felt fantastic, really soothing my aches and working on the tight areas without putting me in agony! Afterwards I was moving so much better and more easily, and I had much more movement in my injured shoulder. I’ve already booked for my next treatment.

I have been for various treatments over the years, visiting various different places, and thought I'd had some good experiences. That was until I visited Jemma. She is unquestionably the best! I've had a few treatments now and all have been incredibly relaxing and seriously good. Mandala Flow is gorgeous, and stepping in the door is an instant tonic to a busy day. Jemma is warm, friendly and welcoming but above all else, skilled. Once you've visited her, you won't go anywhere else.

Jemma is amazing!!!! I usually have a 90 massage with her once a month! Her hot stone and facial with head massage is incredible! I have had many massages over the years and can say that Jemma is one of the very best! Great value for money and very relaxing atmosphere, would highly recommend!!!!

I’ve been going to Jemma for a few years now and have never been disappointed. She not only listens to your problem areas and any issues you’ve been having but she gives the best massages ever! My 76 year old nana with Alzheimers has also recently used Jemma a few times and always feels reassured, comfortable and safe and always leaves walking on cloud 9
