Not helpful. Tried making new arrangements and blocked me on email. I'm a student with no ability to get into town on a regular basis and only have bus money sometimes. The company told me I could get a bus ticket from them, when we tried to arranged a time and I said I couldn't so the person on the email blocked me. How pathetic. I got told they were helpful with students like me. Turns ouf they aren't

Disgusting company. They use a firm called New Generation Parking Management to issue overpriced parking charges to unsuspecting customers of the snooker club next door, who in turn sell the debt to a collection agency DCBL.
