I have have been with this surgery for 20 years and I think the teams great. Polite, efficient and I always manage to get appointments. Highly recommend

Lack of communication what's a doctor broken back vertebrae in March of this year and I still have not seen a doctor shocking service you should hold your heads low.another waste of time phone calls you have got to sort your comucation. I have been waiting now for 3 months for a community welfare team to contact regarding my back my king Edward Road surgery temporary blue badge scheme that they offer, and Still nothing. It's now becoming past a joke please note. I know people in the NHS are busy but come on, as for seeing a doctor since March. Well I think you can make your own mind up on THAT........

I don't understand why I can't make an appointment to see a doctor or even a video appointment. I was told today that there was an available appointment with Dr. Corsair on 9th February but still wasn't able to book it. I got the usual response to ring back at 08.00 ghe next morning. Why? I've tried this before and have been told I was umpteenth in the queue and have given up holding after an hour of waiting to be answered. I don't know who is to blame for this shoddy response, can't say service as it isn't one, but it's ridiculous. Isn't it about time someone in charge reviewed the surgeries systems? There has to be a better way.

I always received very good health advise from the doctors at the surgery. But unfortunately the customer service at the reception is shocking! This morning I visited to the surgery and the lady at the reception desk was extremally rude. Lack of professionalism. She should change her job and move on with her career if she does not know how to treat people with kindness and respect!

Rang them Monday and the receptionist and doctor were incredible.Haven’t used them for a long time (pre covid) and I was impressed considering how everything else seems to be these days.

Saw a Dr Enyi today for the first time. She was amazing because she was so thorough when assessing my problem. She was empathetic, attentive with what I had to say and took the time to explain the best course of action for me. Such a lovely and caring doctor. An asset to King Edward road surgery ! King Edward road surgery in general, has been a great surgery so far - the receptionists are always cheery and helpful. I’ve been with the surgery for about 18 years & I’ve never had any issues so far.

I’ve been with this surgery since I was born along with rest of my family. They are excellent surgery and touchwood never had any problems with getting appointments. My daughter currently recovering from sepsis and the GP she’s been seeing is outstanding going above and beyond.

It is imposibble to see the doctor. I do not know if any doctor works at KERS.I believe they use their budget for the online services; Livi and doctorlink etc. At the reseption you can see, if you abuse the staff ...... When you call the surgery listen the introduction, do not take on the stuff. The surgery voice should be I am here to help

Appalling service. If I could leave a minus 5 stars, I would.Impossible to get a face to face appointment.My grandson is supposed to have fortnightly calls from his doctor but the doctor either rings at a different time to that arranged (he can't take calls at work) or doesn't ring at all.He should have been able to order more meds when he spoke to the doctor but obviously couldn't, so he ran out.He couldn't get through to the surgery for ages and when he eventually did, they said they had no record of him having that medication? How can they have no record of him having medication he has been taking since October? Someone's not doing their job properly. He had to argue with them about it and in the end they prescribed one weeks worth. Nobody should have to battle to get a medication they have been prescribed. He's now only got two days worth left so has been ringing the surgery but nobody is answering. His medication is essential.Someone will end up dying if they don't sort themselves out.Considering the number of negative reviews they have, I think it's time to start making formal complaints.

Call them at 8am like they demand and finally get to number 1 in the queue to be told all the lines are busy at the moment and then be hung up on.Great doctors... if you can get past the gatekeeper
